SHIPPING POLICY
There is a flat rate postage and packing fee of £4.00 for any UK orders. All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We also offer an express delivery option fee of £6.95. Delivery will be next day where possible, but please allow 1-2 days for delivery.
Free delivery is available for all orders over £50
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with your order you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@nestandthrive to confirm you would like to exchange or return the items (s). The returned item (s) have to be in their original condition, suitable for re-sale and include all original packaging.

You will receive a refund from the original credit or debit card used when making the online payment.
The return postage will need to be covered at your expense. I recommend using Royal Mail and/or a trackable service.
